Thank you for purchasing a Flat Fee Tucson MLS or ARMLS Listing from At Home Desert Realty.

This page contains instructions and information on what to do next.

– Visit our FORMS page and use the password sellmyhouse to access the required listing documents. Please be sure to use the forms relevant to your property location (Tucson/Southern Arizona or ARMLS/Maricopa County area). These forms are not fillable online; you will need to print them, enter the information and sign the forms by hand. You can also return to this link any time for other forms you may need, e.g. Counter Offer, Seller Property Disclosure Statement, etc.

– Upon completion, you can scan & email the forms to ronnie@athomedesertrealty.com (preferred), or fax them to 520-549-2051. If needed, you can also place the forms in our drop box at, or mail the forms to: At Home Desert Realty, 120 E. Congress St., Tucson, AZ 85701.

– Email your photos (or a link to them on Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) to ronnie@athomedesertrealty.com. If you have chosen a photo package, our partner ListerAssister will be in touch to schedule the photographs. Please be sure you have provided your best contact phone number. You can reach ListerAssister directly at (602) 492-5006 if needed.

– If you have chosen the Premier listing with lockbox and sign, someone from ListerAssister will contact you to arrange the installation. Again, please be sure you have provided your contact phone number as soon as possible. Installs can often happen as soon as next business day if ordered before noon on a weekday.
