- Listing placed on MLS of Southern Arizona or ARMLS for six months (free extensions up to 12 months total)
- Syndication to 100+ websites, including REALTOR.com, Zillow, Trulia, Yahoo, Homes.com, as well as all local brokerage IDX sites (Long Realty, Keller Williams, Realty Executives, Re/Max, Coldwell Banker, Tierra Antigua Realty, etc.) and more
- At Home Desert Realty yard sign on property for duration of listing (including signpost installation and removal)
- MLS-approved electronic keysafe (aka lockbox) on property for duration of listing
- Up to 50 of your photos attached to listing
- Comprehensive Seller’s Report from Realtors Property Resource with comparable properties and market statistics (upon request)
- Standard contract forms (Seller Property Disclosure Statement, Counter Offer, Addendum, etc.)
- Phone calls about your property forwarded directly to your phone
- Automated feedback requests sent to showing agents
- No charge for price changes
- You decide what co-op fee you will offer to buyer’s agents (we recommend 2.5-3%). If you find your own unrepresented buyer, you pay nothing else
- Fee paid is a non-refundable retainer. No refunds will be given, as work begins on your listing as soon as it is purchased.
